My plant was fine I didn't over water I did the ph right do they always wilt when u water or what is going on

You are over watering. If you are in soil, you want to let it dry out in between waterings

I usually stick my finger up to the first knuckle in the soil and if it is dry then I water if not wait till it is dry to water. When it is dry get a feel for how heavy the pot is & you will know when to water my feeling the weight of the pot

Last time someone said I was under watering . Is it going to live through it?

And what if that means I don't water for like 2 weeks is that about is that bad

If it takes 2 weeks your in too big of a container. If starting out in a large container usually what I’ll do is water in a small circle around the seedling/clone until it gets big enough for the container then just water as usual.
