Defoliate or not?

Hi guys and experts

so I’m a newbie and growing a white widow auto, and I tried to LST train the plant as you can see, maybe not the perfect one but it’s my first, so as you guys can se it’s a lot of leaves everywhere, its like a rainforest, so should I leave it like it is, or should I remove some leaves? The plant is 4weeks old, or will it get stressed?

I'd be more focused with addressing the drooping leaves than worrying about the need to defoliate.

that’s my fault today, the fan was off, so it was a bit hot and she was a bit upset about that

Nope, should I?

Yes, defoil, start plucking...she's a weed, she wants to grow. Better air flow, more light, my two reasons to defoil.

i guess it was actually underwatered, the soil was kind of hydrophobic, so I soaked the plant, and now she’s looking more happier than ever

well I’m surprised that I did not see it myself, I have been watering to little and like every third day, but this soil is a bit hydrophobic so I need to water it more often..
