Dense Bud or Hermies?

This bud is from a Royal Cookies Auto in it's 8th week of flowering.
I just noticed this odd clustering in the buds themselves, and am not sure what to make of it.

It's just a bad ( too leafy) plant. You did your part, it's healthy. Buy better beans( photos) from reputable breeders.

Look like normal buds to me. Keep up the good work!
