Did I get screwed??

So I placed an order with Worldwidemarijuanaseeds.com after all the good things i've heard, this was early on in December. I didn't recieve my invoice until I emailed them and asked what the hold up was, they said they were just really busy through x-mas they'd have my invoice out tom., on jan. 02 I pay for my seeds white satin (x10), afghan Kush (x10), Skunk (x10), so here it is Feb. 02 and nothing, I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and they said my order should be here in 5-6 days, I emailed them thursday again and no reply so far... so did I get fucked?? If so I hate the world...

i hope he gets them out to you; perhaps he's just strapped atm....

i lost out on a 260$ order; he said shipped, but i never got a delivery confirmation, or tracking (which i paid for)...... so, i'll never know if they were really sent and customs nabbed, or if i was bs'd. i just won't order through them again.

I honestly would not conclude that you got ripped off. Give it another week or two. I bet you they come next week.

That fuckin sucks...when Ive ordered seeds I always get them within a week maybe less...
There is actually a site where people post good/bad reviews... the place I ordered from last time told me about it so I could give them a positive review. I will go in my email tomorrow and find out what it is so you can check it out...or you could just google it with some good search terms and Im sure you can find it urself...
I ordered them in November @ dope-seeds.com BUT I recently recommended them and I guess the site says they dont ship to the US, but I also noticed my order was processed thru a lighting company....so I think you can still place an order it will just get processed thru the light place.
Either way I still got them. You should always do a lot of research to make sure the place has a good rep.

Man, I stand behind WWMS, the owner of the site will get your order through, I guarantee it. Just wait a few days, and he should respond. I have had orders and all have them successful.

i also placed an order a few weeks ago with them and i emailed the guy asking why was it taking soo long and he said that they didn't have Purple #1 in stock and he said that he would send Sweet Purple instead. so i emailed him like 4 times since then trying to get a tracking number and he doesn't reply any more. sucks

That does suck. I hate when I feel like I have my hands tied behind my back and have no other options and thats how it seems to be going with you...all you can hope for is he returns your email...but I would keep emailin...is there not a number to call?

Nope, no number... I heard so many people say good things about wwms but I guess its just my luck.

this man was a friend and he screwed me around big time! 340.00 usd loss. i posted factual data about the man and they pulled it.

Good banks dont use the ROPE A DOPE method to sell goods, i fell for it.
i lost nearly 350.00 on a green dot card. he was forced to refund after i filed with paypal.

If it's through paypal.. you can definitely get your money back.

95% of his sales are paypal forever linking you and him together.

it is very easy to file a dispute with them. you might not get a refund, however if a few complains hit in a row they will remove his ability to recieve funds till all disputes are resolved

I sent a paypal payment to WMMS on Jan 23rd. I didnt get a confirmation email or tracking number after that day and none of my emails were returned

Should I be worried?


The payment invoice said websupport.. How would I get my money back even if I open a dispute?

you will get a refund only if there is funds in his account, otherwise will will levy his account. They cant forcefully remove the money from him, the next step is to file fraud with the FTC , and his local goverment, But seriously at this point i would file a dispute and walk away.

Just noticed that his invoice was marked as a "BILL" which puts me at a disadvantage i think.
