Diesel Ryder GERMINATION

Aloha, im doing my first grow using Diesel Ryder grown in organic soil here's the story...

i put 5 seeds in a wet paper towel and checked 2 days later and they had about 1/2 of an inch long roots shooting out. I waited one day longer for their roots to get a little bigger and on the 3rd day when the roots were about 3/4 of an inch long i transplanted them into 2'' square starter pots with organic soil. I made sure to ph the soil and it was right at 6.8. I added enough water for the roots to come in contact with the soil medium. It's been 3 days for them in the soil and they've been at a temperature of 75-80* fahrenheit and between 45-55% Humidity under 4 cfl's and a flourescent light.

How long does it take after transplanting sprouted diesel ryder seeds in soil for the cotyledon to show up?? Also, is it even a good idea at this point to start adding like trace amounts of my flora nova Grow 7-4-10 nutes?

All i want for my plants is for them to have the opportunities i never had, LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of fatass danK nuggs.

i'm not sure how long it will take and nutes at that age is a bad idea. plants should be at least 3 weeks before giving nutes and if deisel ryder is anything like lowryders it won't tolerate a lot of nutes. jmho Peace

WORD, thanks man i appreciate it. i only asked about giving nutes cuz in this cannabis cultivating book it said to feed them immediately. Only thing else i gotta know about is if it's ok to let the soil dry out a little bit or should it stay moist??

def do not add nutes this soon. LR and crosses dont like high levels of nutes. the rule of thumb on the soil is stick your finger in 2" and if it is dry go ahead and water. if you keep the soil moist all the time you will overwater and prob get mold

ok, one sprouted on 5-24 with its helmet on lol. i carefully took it off, and it is currently on its first set of real leaves. the other 4 i had to kinda dig down into the soil to take their seed shells off too. i hope the weed gods will look kindly upon my plants and breathe life into their souls, pics coming sooon!!!!!

i also bought pack of low ryder#2 and diesel ryder. its been 2 weeks now since they sproud and some of them look just fine. havent give them any nutrients yet.
i got hesi hydro complete program but am growing ryders in soil. can i use hydro nutrients with soil and if can when and which 1 should i use. might be a stupid question to u but i really dont want to have burnt or weak plants...help plz

yea i used hydro nutes for my soil d.r's. i just mixed a very little bit into a 32 0z water bottle and shaked it up. it changed the color just a little bit and i measured it and it was like 600 ppm's. i've been spraying them with this and they like it.

ok thanks...ill water them tomorrow so results will be in a few days...ive read they dont like to much nutrients at the start but just cant wait to boost them a little
i grow them under 2x36w cfl's and it looks they re doing fine...some of them smell skunky so i ll move them out really soon...funny thing is some lr#2 smells more then diesel ryder...yummi just cant wait the harvest

story ppl. im growing low ryders atm and they doing ok about 1 week into it. wat it the right temperature and how long do i leave lights on for 18 hrs? or less?

18/6 is good for lr's and 70-80f should be fine
