Do I let it grow through net?

Should I adjust the net or let the plants just grow through? An should I do more trim?

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish here? That netting isn’t fine enough to scrog if that was your plan?

But looking at the size of your tent and having 3 plants that size I would be flipping to flower asap
 
Yeah all those elastic netting are sold as scrog nets but they aren't really.

I use them and smash and weave plants into them and it's kind of a bit of a scrogs bastard baby but nothing compared to a real scrog done properly.

These elastics are good for secondary support net after stretch and before weight gets packed on.

You can usually pick up 2" solid wire coated screen material from gardening shops , or they do rolls of plastic fence stuff that you can mou t into a wood frame
