I just purchased this machine and was having issues with the bluetooth. The customer service rep (CSR) called me after I emailed him my issue. The CSR immediately accused me of using IOS, when I never mentioned what OS I was on, strike 2, you NEVER assume when it comes to customers, STRIKE 1 because you presumed. STRIKE 3 occurred when Paul, he's the CRAPPY customer service rep, CUSSED at me. I was laughing so hard inside, but I cursed him out so bad he ended up hanging up on me, lmfao. So do this process using a double boiler, you don't want to waste your money or your time with this idiot and EXTRACTCRAP POS.
