Can I wire a pot to an XLG? Its for a friends Spider Farmer 4000.
Does Meanwell XLG come with externall dimming?

the sf4000? Thought the dimmer was on the outside... The new versions are anyways.

Are the XLG drivers on the SF4000 "A" or "AB" models?
If they're "AB" models, they will have Dim+ and Dim- wires to add a potentiometer.

The early spiderfarmer 4000 has the A driver & my growmie has one that you have to remove the driver to access the adjustment as stated earlier the AB driver has both internal & external adjustments I ended up using hlg b series drivers for my build I'm not the sharpest in led but I think with the xlg series AB you adjust the internal for whatever you're running & use the external wiring harness for dimming purposes not 100% sure though
