Dosage of edibles

Hi,
I’m planning to make gummies and I have no clue how many mg per gummy I should calculate for.

can you share your thoughts?
what would be a mild normal and strong gummy?

That'd be a strong one, and about 1/20th that strength would be a normal strength, 1/50th would be mild
I haven't made that recipe but it's recommended by some people I follow.
