Hey Bro's.
Firstly Happy New Year to everyone and best wishes. Unfortunately during my last grow my phone broke and I couldn't replace till now so I have no pics.
My last grow was a flood n drain grow using hydroton, RO water, GH 3 part nutes GH Fulvic Acid, AN Potassium Silicate and Botanicare Calmag. My Strain was Sensi Seed Super Skunk and I had 16 plants.
I used 2 lights 1 1000W and 1 600W and my grow table was 4x4 using SCROG method. I didn't top but did lolly pop 2 weeks into flower and did some very light defoliation around the same time. I used 2 oscillating fans one at canopy one below and my exhaust was active but intake passive.
I vegged for 5 weeks and flowered for 53 days. Temps at canopy never rose above 29c and generally were 26c and night temps generally 22c. This being said around the time of stretch day temps were 26c but night was 18c. 100L Rez got changed every week with fresh nutes and RO water and PH never went above 6.3 being checked at least once a day.
There was a slight Calmag def that became apparent in the second week of veg on a couple plants and then in late flower. This was nothing major and there was no noticeable retardation in growth with the problem quickly rectified.
Despite this I only yeilded 8oz 7grams dry. Though the smoke was good, considering the effort I put in I consider this low.
Can anyone give me any pointers as I start a new grow with clones soon. I need to yeild more than this but Im considering only using 5 plants this time.
Any tips appreciated.
