droopfest

Ok so my plants are going through this weird up and down cycle with drooping. after their 12 hours of darkness i turn the lights on and theyre usually all perky, the leaves reaching up for light. but after the lights are on for a good while the leaves start to droop a bit and after a while when the lights are about to go back off a couple of the plants' leaves just do not look healthy at all..like they have no water in them or something they just hang down.

i shine light from the sides as well as from above though. could this just be the leaves hanging down more to effectively act as solar panels for the light coming from the sides? i know leaves twist and turn to adjust to the direction of light so this might be a factor..

ill take pics as soon as i can next time..and post them vs when its not happening.

like, i think theyre healthy but its just freaking me out. anyone think they know what could be going on or have had similar problems?

how often to you water? do you check soil before watering?

what kinda nutes you using? are you giving them full stregnth?

how much fertilizer should i be using at this point? i water like once every 24 hours but i think that might actually not even be enough. i think their root systems are so extensive now they take up water super fast
