Droopy Leaves

Today I woke up and all my plants were doing very well an I had two fans on all of them and I turned one off and about a hour or two later I came back to check them and my best plants leaves we're all sagging over some even touching the soil. They are not over or under watered. What do you think I should do any help would be great
