Droopy seedling

Strain-9# hammer
Soil-happy frog with extra perlite added.
Lights- Mars hydro tsw 2000
Temp-stays around 70-75 degrees
Humidity- around 35
Watering only when top 1/2” of soil is dry
Using spring water ph around 6.2
I’m in a grow tent with adequate ventilation.

This is my 4th grow and all 4 times my seedlings have gotten droopy like this at some point. What could it be? Everything I read says watering problems but I feel like I’m watering correctly.
Thanks for any help.

@93OG might be right about the overwatering. Try to get good at measuring the water content in the plants by their weight. Light pot equals fluids; heavier pot is good.
Your humidity is super low for veg.
Spring water can have a real high PPM. Do you have a PPM meter?

Looks drowned to me. How high is your light? I have the same light, and it can be a bit much if it’s not pretty high up or dimmed.

I just watered them before I took the pic. They felt light to me. I will try waiting a little longer between watering. My light is about 18” away but I turn brightness down just a little. I have a ppm meter on the way should be here within a week or so.

For led you need higher temps , and seedlings/early veg RH in 60-70% range . Don’t think that’s the main prob though. I use happyfrog/perlite and noticed plants like higher ph at that stage indi/sati 6.5-6.9. Maybe try raising ph , Rh, temp and if you were overwatering,, if , you may have depleted the soil. Meaning transplant may help as well . Just my opinion gl :joint:
