Drunken's cfl grow

Ok i am about 3 weeks into the flowering stage and i have identified 2 males which i disposed of. I still can't see any buds growing on the females. i am using 6 cfls to 2 plants. Here are some pics to look at.

ok today i have planted some more seeds i used 2 with peet pellets and 1 without. i planted them in miracle grow and as soon as the sprout i will let you know about the day and prob might change the lights for these. i watered them with 6.0 ph ( i bought the ph tester at walmart)
