depending on the temp and humidity and air circulation. I strongly suggest keep your temps around 70f and humidity close as possible to 50. in the dark or shade this will take 5 days total dry. any faster dry take my word reduced quality taste . choke on the smoke harsh . any longer as long as you keep an eye on them for mold its fine. so 4 to 7 days dry. I have dry in 2 days with fans total shit smoke. I did not care was not smoking it my self. lol

lol @ no smoking it myself.. Well me I will be drying my stuff for 5 days same I wont be smoking all of it just a few joints

Like they said, dark, 50%RH, 70 degrees, a little air movement, 5-7 days.
It is done when the stems are brittle.
I would think growing for other than oneself you would strive for a good product.

I like a 7-10 day slow dry and then a 7-week cure for a total of two months from harvest before I start smoking. Even then, properly stored, it just gets better and better in the months after that.
