Dxm and Prozac interactions

My roomate and I have been discussing doing a dxm trip here soon just because we haven't in so long, we just want to take it and zone out listening to music and ripping glow sticks apart like old times.

The problem is that he has been taking fluoxetine(prozac) for about a month now. He only takes 10mg daily which to my understanding is about the lowest it goes. I've been reading and reading and some people say that even a 400mg dose will cast you into oblivion while on prozac. He used to be just as chronic of a dxm user as I was. So he knows what its about.

What is a good dose for him though? We decided to go on a limb and do it like 2 months ago after a long break and this was before he was on prozac. We each took 24 triple c's over the course of the night and needless to say it was pretty great.

I'm guessing with the dangers of triple c's, its not even worth taking the risk. So we are gonna go buy some robitussin syrup. We've arranged for a week from now because I took off, and he doesnt have to work for a couple days.

We are very prepared We have a good stereo system, two fat sofas that we are gonna move into one room across from eachother, glow sticks, a bunch of weed Oh yes. Oh and winamp visualizer is going to be put onto our TV screen

We never prepare for trips like this. And I dont want anything bad to happen to him. Apparently 1000mg is the ceiling dose for antidepressants. So, would it be smart to start him off at 400mg then let him work his way up as he pleases? Im obviously going to take a lot more than him, but just.. Ah.. Help.

I personally recommend Delsym. Tastes MUCH better then Robitussin and fucks you 10x more and 10x longer. You'll be robo-trippin for a good ten hours on Delsym. Reason being is that the main ingridient is DXM-Polystirec (something like that). Basically its a Extended release so it could take up to an hour or so to kick in but when it kicks in OMG it's like rolling on MXE but not as intense.
Personally as for as Prozac goes I've been on it for almost a year and have robo tripped at least 8 times and needless to say no side effects that I am aware of.

Lol dude, Ive had my share of DXM experiences. I did it very very heavily for a few years.. Delsym, robo, triple c's, extracted powder, agent lemon extractions, combined dxm with probably every drug besides most RC's.

I just kept reading that mixing with SSRI's causes fatal seratonin syndrome sometimes.. Whats your dose on prozac and how much Dxm do you take at a time?
My roomy was fine he just took a 3oz of delsym and 8 triple c's. Then refused to take more.

Haha I took a 5oz that night and a bottle of robo syrup (300mg).

Delysm really is a great dissociative. Im on 20mg of Prozac by the way, and how was the powdered DXM? Differnt from Delsym syrup trips?
And normally just one 3 oz bottle. Took a 3 and a 5 ouncer once and landed my self in a hospital drinking charcoal.. Not pleasent!

Eh not much, like you said I prefer delsym way more than anything these days.. Extracting the syrup is messy and annoying, and getting it offline is impossible. I did really enjoy the agent lemon, but I wanted more delsym with it so it'd last longer.

I don't do it much anymore, but sometimes when I have awhile off work, like with the day I posted this, I go buy some dxm and synthetic marijuana. Ive found that to be the best combo out of everything with dxm.. You can lay there and listen to music and float off into a void thats unimaginable..

I hate spice but man oh man does it go great with dxm, better than marijuana.

I totally feel you on combining Deslym with Sythetic's, I took a 3 ounce bottle down and as soon as I started to feel it I smoked some AM-2201 and BAM! I was off in another fucking world! It was like a complete mind fuck but somehow it was a very enjoyable expirience. I do find it to be more intense than MJ but then again MJ and Delsym can also lead you to a world of trippyness lol.
And fill me in on what the 3rd plateau is?
And have you ever hallucinated of Delsym? Cause I sure as hell did the time I OD'd and the last time I used it which was about a month ago..

Yes! Yes! hahaa! AM 2201 was my favorite one. But then for awhile I had to settle on MAM 2201 which is practically the same..

Of course it can, if I do it again Ill probably just get weed, I stopped smoking so much and have a pretty low tolerance, I didnt even smoke today.. Tomorrow I might just make a run to the grocery store..

But hell yeah! Never like LSD visuals except one time I took 16 triple c's and smoked a couple hits of AM 2201.. Jesus man there in this symmetrical shape I always see when LSD is coming on. Its like all colors but primarily purple in lines on the sky.. But I saw it in the dark field of vision in my room. Also one time I smoked incense called 'stoopid' on it and that was very VERY visual. My whole room was throwing colors and this pillow was like an animated hershies kiss that was shrinking and growing.. And I heard this electrical music that sounded like a woman singing, most beautiful music Ive ever heard. I dont even know how DXM did that to me, it doesn't normally. That last story in specific something must have just clicked in my brain, it was odd..

But like.. I like it because when I lay down I go into outer space.. Quite literally.

Youve tried taking a shitload and laying down and putting on headphones and smoking little quantities of weed to make it stronger right? Its the most fun while on dxm.. You can go into a k-hole practically if you lay there for like 10 minutes(3 years delsym time)

Listening to music while on DXM is like a fucking Orgi, I could feel the music vibrating in my body it is amazing . Try going to a Rave on DXM tht blows my mind. But yeah everytime I do Deslym I make sure I listen to music LOL Its almost like kush and orange juice, it just feels so right at the time, and no matter how hard you try you just cant take your mind off the music.
And my tolerance for weed is sky high but I noticed that the synthetics seem to boost my weed high, like earlier I smoked AM then a few hours later proceeded to smoke some dank and got unbelievably high. It was great

AM is just way stronger.. I dont smoke it any more because if I dont smoke weed as much, then when I do I can get way higher than incense would get me, plus Im not having (as much of) a panic attack the whole time xD

I never knew one who was a anti-depressant shouldn't take DXM. That is very strange. I wonder now if I am just lucky to be alive and ill free or am just immune to the syrup lol.

Yes in fact I feel like I trip BALLS when I take my Prozac with Lucy or even 25I for that matter. SSRI's basically increase alot of different drugs in my expierance. 8 beers and Prozac I blew a .21 when the officer breathalized me. I was gone that day lol
