Easy Ryder 1 1/2 week with so tall stem!

hello. I have one esay rider at my balcony, it has been one and a half weeks from seed. The stem is so tall as you can see at photo and goes down one day with so much wind. I binding the stem with a pencil. It was ok?

how much light do u get on your balcony? it looks stretched. make sure it gets as much light as possible. Also make sure u have a little fan blowing, or u have to wiggle the stem every day to strengthen it.

that will work but u could add more soil around stem so there isnt as much stem exposed

Hey Buddha, this is exactly the way my seedling is heading. Currently the stem is 6cm tall, and seems to be stretching by the hour! I'm just waiting for it to fold over on itself likes yours unfortunately did.

I'm thinking of doing a replant and burying a few cm of the stem in the new grow pot. I'm no expert but it seems that your seedling is very delicate to be bound like that? But I guess it keeps the plant upright, as long as it's not bound too tightly.
