electrical help please...

so i just bought the fixtures for my cfls. i need help wiring them. i have enough romex to chain them together. i have wire nuts and all the necessary tools but i have no idea how to actually wire them together and not create a fire hazard.. can anyone explain how to do this, i cant hire an electrician for obvious reasons...lmao.

thanks to all who have viewed. i decided to get plug-socket adapters and do it that way. will have my journal started soon as i get my shit together.
