I guess this is one mostly for the Australians out there, but I know there's a few of us on here.
at 5:30pm Saturday 1st of July...
our beloved crocodile has died.
it was a combination of the recent storms, loss of power that was experienced because of the floods and storms, change in water quality and of course age.
he was believed to be 61 years old, I met him for the first time when I was only 3years old.
even when I worked at the park I never actually got to meet him face to face, but I will always consider him my childhood friend and hero.
we'll miss you mate.
The service will be held at the reptile park early this week, they have yet to announce it.
