has anyone in the usa ever ordered and recieved anything from e.d.i.com (everyonedoseit)

im having trouble with this company.they charged me and sent a order dispatched email. but ive recieved nothing.... and now i cant even get a reply to my mails asking what gives? anyone else have experience with them?
 
I've ordered from them

about 5 times.

Never any problems except for my filters coming
in a smashed box.

Other than that, everything has always gone well.

and yes, I'm in the US
 
I ordered from them once about 6-8 months ago. I ordered a plastic bong and some hookah charcoal. Came in no problems other than I asked for the free EDIT wrist bands and they sent none.

Yep, into the USA.

I know. I just remembered that too.

They don't send the wristbands at all, so just
don't even expect one. lol.
 
Why would you guys pay double by going through a store in the U.K.? Do the carry stuff that no one else has or what?
 
I'm about to order one of their Roor diffusers, they got tons more holes in them than anything my local head shops offer. Only problem is that I broke my last diffuser so I can't measure it to see how long of one I need. I'll work something out either way because it seems like a straight place to order from.

They have everything you could ever want. That's the site I do my window shopping on to get a general idea of what I want.

No one is paying double. EDIT has some very fair priced merchandise. I get all my bubblers and bongs from them...no worries. One water pipe had a very minor heat stress crack where it was difficult to see. i informed them and they gave me the choice of 50% credit or ship it back for a full replacement, shipping included. I kept the credit and the pipe. Good customer service.
 
Yea I don't think their prices are unreasonable. I was on the roor.de site and it seems to be the same prices, plus I wasn't sure if Roor.de ships to the US and if they do their order form is screwy.

BTW thanks for the advice on the pencil, I would have just gotten a twig from outside eventually but now I don't have to go foraging. The one I need should be 11cm, seems about perfect and I'll let you all know how my order goes.

Agreed.

All the bongs I see on EDIT are cheaper than any bong I see
in a headshop. I was actually thinking about ordering one

of the mini glass bongs for about $10...
(kinda like a mini carry-around bong)

plus they have way more selection than my headshop....

This is my latest purchase from EDIT.....Price of about 60 USD...... with a perc! Show me a head shop with those prices .... :lol:
 
prices are GREAT. The service has not been great in my case.... still no bong..... I also bought a weedstar..... exceptionally well made glass... at a great price........ If you dont have 300 bucks for a cheaper RooR......... then get quality that is comparable for 1/10 th the price by chosing weedstar.
 
How long ago did you order it? The only time I had a problem .... they called ME ... twice ... to make it right. Can't ask for more than that.

I thought it was a buddy of mine in London calling...I'm like "Hey Chris, what's the mercantile doing today?" (inside joke) There was a long pause and then a girl says, "hello, is this (my name)?" I never introduce myself to ppl with that name so I can tell the phone marketers right off. OOps!! :lol: Anyway, she was nice, I was nice...it all worked out. :wink:

You can check to see if they have posted it through the Royal mail. If they have, you are now at the mercy of the post office.... muhahahah! :lol:
 
it was sent standard international mail no tracking available.I dont trust my mail man for shit...he seems like just the kind of creep that would steal pkgs.....without even knowing its contents. I think ill try to corner him tommorro. if it dosent come.Ill find out if that fuck took my pkg.
