Porrier vs. the french dude is pretty interesting in it's own right,if the french dude end up putting out Dustin's lights, maybe he consider retiring,he's a stand up dude and has a good heart,I'd hate to see him become similar to Tony Ferguson racking up L's and KO's once the magic is gone chasing it.
It's a levels thing, and I think St. Denis has to level up, or porier has to have lost a step, Ferguson vs Gaethje style. I agree with the analysts from Heavy hands in that St. Denis style should play into Poriers strengths, with the head straight up/pressure style, but Porier is without a doubt closer to retirement than to his prime, so it will be a nail biter forsure. Kudos to Porier for taking a tough fight with an outside top 10 guy considering he has had about a premier career as is possible without claiming the undisputed strap.

I agree man,Porier is noble that way,a true warrior, really dialed in,in a humble ask yourself the hard questions way, could have lobbied for a quick W but takes on a serious up and comer.A special force bkground means this guy KNOWS overcoming challenge w/a never quit mentality. Porier's had a excellent career and he's earned his stripes climbing up the circuit from a kid,no silver spoons, and tries to give back as well and carries himself really well. You have good knowledge of this game, strategy wise, sounds like you train`.

I’ve never been a big fan of spoon fed kids .
O’Malley has been spoon fed his career .

I was talking shit on him early in his career(will never been world champ, keeps hands low, etc) &to be dead ass …he has the belt but it his hard for me to see it as legit(that’s just on me ) .
They have managed his career precisely for this moment(spoon fed) . Huge dividends to be paid out after a win sat.

I believe he is a pretender ;) Vera +225 ….

I agree on O'Malley up to the Yan fight. I know it could and maybe should have gone to Yan, that was a dog fight. I'm also a big Aljo Stan ever since he made Sandhagen look like a white belt (sandhagen should be in the title fight imo) and the Suvalev stretch sub. I don't like O Malley, but I respect him.

O'Malley may have had his career in UFC carefully planned, but he hasn't had a silver spooned life prior, this kid has been piss poor just a nobody from Montana,so due to that I can put up a little more w/the flash and Social Media shit,I mean almost all kids are SM fiends nowadays it's how they were raised and don't know/understand a world USED to exist w/out it.I didn't think he'd catch Sterling,as a top notch BJJ guy, just don't get hit square and clinch but he couldn't ground him,O'Malley has a few nice traps he sets up, unique, quick, tricky, lots of mind confusing feints that play into his reach advantage setting up those KO's that fetch bonuses. The longer the fight the better for Vera IMO,O'Malley hasn't seen rd's 4-5 I don't think.

Agreed. I think that's why Chito was such a great match up the first time. He changed stances with O'Malley, eliminating the open side match up, which frazzled his game plan. Destroying his leg helped.

If you have the chance, and haven't already, check out some of Jack Slacks videos and writing on the two of them. Really great content and analysis
