Found this one site that seems to have everything you need, as far as silencing, mounting, power, heat controlled fans and accessories. I'm mainly interested bc everything is on one site, and for decent prices. Plus they have the snap n' splice, which I like. Also, decent to great fans, and also light kits, if you want to try em'.
Man. I'm just puttin' together my own exaust/circulation list. I'm boooooted. And I thought everyone else would like to know.
So. Here we go.
Hear are a few interesting pieces:
AC to DC Adapter - 110v AC to 12v DC Converter w/ 4-Pin Molex - FrozenCPU.com
SilenX 4 Channel Fan Controller w/ AC/DC Adapter (IXA-FCEX) - FrozenCPU.com
I wanted this one as a general cab exhaust, unfortunately, they're out of stock. I'll just go with another silent one, but this one has 230 CFM.
Commonwealth 172x150x51mm Dual Ball Bearing AC Fan - High Speed (FP-108EX S1-B) - FrozenCPU.com

This site also has rubber screws, mounts, and several other cooling options. Their prices are affordable, you can get all the parts from one place, and you don't have to do everything yourself. Plus they have the general fan prices starting from around $3 and up.

I didn't even notice that they didn't have the db listed. FrozenPc was the last place I searched. What led me to FrozenPc were the fans, and AC/control devices themselves. I had already seen the db listing for the brands I wanted, listed on other sites. FrozenPc just happened to have everything I wanted, at a good price. And they're nearby for shipping. They do show db for some of the fans. If not just do a quick search for the specific item that you need. They also have rubberized silencer items.

Sorry. I was really blazed. Here's the links. Ha!
If you get this 12v AC, you wont have to worry about splicing your 120mm fans together. You can use the 4pin connectors to stack the fans together (4pin male/female) into one single molex, without having to splice a single wire.
These links should work.
