Does anyone remember Cheba Cheba, it was dark moldy weed that sold in dime bags (enuff for 2 joints) ,tasted earthy not a treated taste but it was the best weed I've ever had to this day. Effin TRIP WEED,this is circa 1972 also Thai sticks were abundant back then as well. For as ugly as Cheba Cheba was the effects were quite the opposite It was most popular in the NE USA.

I miss the Chocolate Thai and the opiated hash from the late 70's. I used get the best stuff from a truck driver.

The smoke (Cheba Cheba) you are talking about came from Mo. In the 70s this shit was every where. Mo started growing hemp back before we were thought of. Trouble is it got out of hand . People started pollinating it . It changed I will put it that way. You could ride down the high ways of Mo. and see fields of this stuff every where. They have now pretty much wiped it out. But in the 1970s you could buy it by the truck loads.

One of my Aunts had a boyfriend in 'Nam sending back large packages of ganja stateside. No fancy names, just lbs. Sadly that young man never came home.
