few lil problems, seedlings and clone

First off, this is an indoor grow, using CFLs, hempy bucket style, readings keep around 28-31ºC and 49-54% humidity.

The seedlings only received distilled water and the last watering was done on Sunday the 19th. One is looking a lil pale and the other has 2 tips yellowing.

The clone received water+a 1/4 strenght feeding of 20-20-20 on Monday the 20th. It is still kept seperated from the seedlings because it had a spider mite problem but is now all clean and growing new leaves like crazy.

Now the questions... For the seedlings, any tip on what causes the discoloration and tip? I can't have access to a ph tester for a few days sadly so i cant give out a ph reading for now

And for the clone, theres a verry slight yellowing on some new tips and some of the edges of the leaves. Nute burn possibly? And as for the old yellow and dieing leaves, do i just let em fall off or is it safe to cut em?

Thanks for all your inputs you guys are awesome.

I'd start by taking off those leaves that are showing symptoms. They will not come back from the damage and the plant will put lots of energy trying to fix them for the not (naught?). Secondly.. The leaves are rather puny looking as they are starting to point downward. 1 & 2 look like Magnesium and/or Sulphur. Epson salts will clear those two issues up. 3 looks like maybe Magnesium as well and/or a watering issue. My plants leaves looks like that (pointing downward) after I watered a day late. Did it just wake up in the photo or were the lights on for a while? That too could cause the leaves to droop....
