first grow 4 weeks in stunted and need a lil info

hi guys first time growing and 4 weeks in from seedling i have stunted the plant and have not watered for 3 days and leaves arent looking healthy from what i have read so far i just wondered if any1 could help me diagnose the issue . i assumed it was overwatering hence no water for three days and still no change the plant seems to be growing but the leafs are showing signs of overwatering still and im pretty lost as what to do . also i have added no nutes so far

I think it's Part to blame from over watering, and partly due to poor soil. It looks to me like drainage is bad. Cheap soils often retain water for longer periods of time, so it is not ideal for growing marijuana. Some plants will respond better or worse to having over saturated soil. Something like fox farm or roots organic is good soil made especially for mmj. If you really want to use the stuff your using currently, then I suggest getting some peralite to get better oxygen to roots, and improved drainage. What I would do if it were me, is I'd get some new soil, and transplant them asap. Water less until you do that. Let the top inch or so dry out before giving it anymore water.

I agree with the above, 3 days without water is not a long time. You need to do some reading on soil choices. Improve the quality of your soil and learn to let the plant dry out, those two things alone will improve your grow.
Get help here but always use books to confirm what you are told here.

thanks guys i will keep this duly noted i was getting round to buying new soil and perlite just been a bit strapped as im in need of new tent bought my first 2nd hand and when it turned up its was a mess so was kinda tight . but thank you again for the information and will get right on it and keep you posted
