First Grow, bag seed and Big Ben Purple

Hey, I decided to try my hand at growing and started reading all over this forum and I've decided to go for an outdoor grow. I'm a little late starting this, I'm about 2 1/2 weeks into growing so I'll try and get everyone caught up. I started all of the plants from seeds, two are bag seeds which I started first and the other two are from a local outdoor strain of purple which I started just 3 days ago. I started the random bag seedlings in dixie cups with some MG soil of some sort, I forget because it wasn't my soil and the purple seedlings were put in the same type of MG soil. Then I replanted them into 1 liter bottles covered in electric tape to keep the sun out. So, onto the pics. Let me know what you guys think, they've just been sitting on a window sill vegging and waiting for the right time to be put into a small greenhouse.

::Update:: I was just about to go and take pictures of the plants and one of them looks awful, anyone know what could be causing this?

How many times a day do you water em?

Well I usually only water them once every three days, does that seem right?

Is it hot? Might be overwatered, depending on the amount of light hits those little girlies. Just be patient on watering those little girlies. Overwatering seems occur a lot with people when there seedlings, even me. its either that, or to little water. good luck!
