First grow ever! Any thoughts?

Seed came from a really good bag, just sitting in a pot in my room, with one lamp shining down on it, a 20watt cfl...
This is about 2-3weeks since it broke soil.

Going to need some more light soon

Using Miracle Grow moisture control, and Miracle Grow Azalea 30-10-10 plant food (only used once the other day, I don't plan on giving another batch for a week or so)
