Work on your environment, try dropping the rh in late flower and improve your airflow.
All in all, they look pretty good for a first timer. Don't get discouraged. Many of us start growing for the smoke and become addicted to the learning process!

Look overfed and overwatered but not bad for firsts. Get air moving and let them dry a bit if that medium is soaked.

Does look like some rot in the above pic and they do look over watered . All in all though you did pretty good for the first time .
