First Grow Just Sprouted

Yea my first grow

i got one florercent light under my plant

i just put the germ. seed into soil like 3 days ago

ive been leaving the light on 24hrs

i also put a plastic bag over it with some holes to keep it humid.

Also how much should i water it? Ive been keeping the soil damp

i havnt seen it grow anymore

what am i doing wrong and what am i doing right??

Give it time. They always grow slow at first. If all your seeds have popped, you can take off the plastic unless it is really dry in your spot. They'll get more light this way and your soil can dry out a little, which is good for root development/expansion.
