That is a bit like asking "what sort of car should i buy?" It all depends on your needs. Give us an idea on number of plants, your grow space and whether or not this is your first grow or you are experienced.
Assuming you do not have a licence to grow:
Trustworthy is not always the issue via the store, but via other things. If you are starting to buy large quantities of grow gear, it may grab some attention. Use a public computer to order from, NEVER from your home internet connection, and if possible, use a gift credit card, they are untraceable. Buy one of these for cash and you are good to go. Don't get it delivered to your grow house, get it delivered to a friends house or work, and say its a gift for your gf or whatever. Make sure the hydro place offers stealth packaging. Nothing worse than getting a package with "gardening" printed all over it. Order little bits over time, buy as much as you can from stores for cash especially if it is specific to cannabis cultivation, and from non-hydro stores for stuff that is generic, like piping, fixings, timers, power strips, etc etc, hit home depot. And every time you buy stuff online, buy a packet of chilly or tomato seeds or something. You are not really going to fool anyone with that but it makes me feel better haha. And if you have the room for it, grow it. You never know if you might need an "excuse" for your huge setup if you have time to scrap your babies
plus fresh toms on request! Yum!
If you just pretend they are already watching you and take steps, you will happily grow for years. You can never really be too paranoid.
