Hello...this is my first post. I've been smoking for a while and have read some books and mags about growing a while back, but I'm not too familiar with a lot of the new things in the last 5-10 years or so. Anyways, I know genetics is a big factor, and I was thinking about going with Sensi Seeds Super Skunk and Northern Lights for my first grow. (It will be an indoor/greenhouse grow). Basically, because a.) I've heard of the seed bank and these strains since way back in the early 90s. And b.) from what I remember reading, these are both pretty easy plants for beginners to grow.

Now does anyone agree with this strategy? I've smoked some skunk (or what I was told was skunk) and it was some of the best herb I ever enjoyed. I've never tried Northern Lights, so can someone tell me if these would be 2 good strains to start with?? Would NL be a would be a good complement to the Super Skunk?? or is there some more "contemporary" stuff out there that a beginner (grower not smoker) like me should consider?? I do value variety, but I should stick with one strain for my first time ?? I've read about a ton of strains I would like to sample, but I'm just thinking it would be a good idea to get a few grows under my belt before I experiment very much.

Any advice would be appreciated... :bigjoint:

I've always been told you should start off with one strain. If you grow indoors, in about 5 months, you can start another strain. Once you get used to the cycles, you can grow multiple strains at once.
