first time grow, need help designing

Hey everyone im new to growing and i need some advice. I have a fairly small closet around 2 by 2 by 7 foot, i was running a led pannel in there but realised exactly how useless they are its been vegging for 24 hours for around 3 weeks now and only has a couple sets of true leaves and is just shite so i was going to opt for a h.i.d set up. Would i be best off with a 150 watt h.i.d or 250 watt with the size i have. I have a 6 inch duct which runs from the side of the closet i grow in out the top of the other side into my room and a fairly beefy computer/muffin fan. can anyone spare some advice on what to run?

i think you could do 4 small plants under a 250 in there.go with a remote ballast and put it outside the room to help keep heat down.a hps with mh conversion bulb to veg with and id just keep it simple with soil first.oh,and post nudes,people will be more willing to help you with your grow!
