First time grower the plants

Okay there it is.
I have two plants set up both are easy riders females and both of them are really different both of them are already flowering but they grow differently as well and I don't understand why????
One of them has big and leaf other one has small ones, so just want to ask a question is it normal or not really and is there anything I could do about it.
Help please! :leaf:

You can plant 10 seeds and from same plant and get a variety of diff looking plants. That's why people will start several plants. So they can pick the 1 with the characteristics they like for a mother plant. I've had clones cut from same mother end up finishing out diff just because they were cut from diff parts of the mother.

You must have been giving them same feeding and watering ! But each plant needs specific amounts of stuff ! You should know how much to give to your plants ! Separately of course !

I see that one of them is already in flowering stage ! (or are they both ?)

They are both flowering but one of them started early like really early I would say probably 8 to 10 days earlier
