FIRST TIME GROWER.. VERY worried need help please!

Hi everyone, I am exactly one week into my first grow. I have 20 easy ryder seedlings that are 7 days old. I'm worried that I'm doing something wrong cause about half are small and drooping and just look like shit.. What's going on??

600W HPS 30" above seedlings
Temps at constant 80F
FFOF soil
Wet towels in closet for humidity

they are okay. maybe a little hot, maybe a little too much water and heavy breathing, maybe shitty soil.

Edit; oh yeah you got that ocean forest stuff. already has nutes in it, right? better for transplanting into not starting seedlings. They should pull through though.

thanks man thats definetly reassuring, im just worried how small some are compared to others.. very small for a week old it feels like..
im thinking about going and buying a couple 4' fluorescent shop lights and move the seedlings under those instead.. cause i think i might be burning them, do these look burnt to you?





Also.. Look at the difference between these 2 seedlings, same age and everything.. Makes me feel like I'm screwing something up! :[

yea FFOF has nutes next time you could let them veg a little in some ph'd rockwool cubes (can get the bigger ones) then go straight to that soil when they are a little more mature.

Not bad i would say. Here are my seedlings, chronic, they are both one week old today.

last one looks like the soil is way to hot man i'd almost take it out of the box for a day just to see if its water or if its heat my guess is the medium is way hot touch the container one way to tell because it'll be really warmer than the others
