First time growing and using dutch dope seeds, any tips?

I'm using a 50"(tall)x33"(wide)x15"(deep) dresser, with aluminum foil lining the walls. Two 24" lights with 100 watt grow lights. Using 8 parts miracle grow, 1.5 parts peat moss, and 1.2 parts perlite.

Scrap the foil. Won't do you any good. It's not effective. Just paint the inside a flat white (which will be much easier to clean too). What type of lights? T12, T8 or T5? T5 would be your best bet. Are the 100 watt lights HPS or MH? You mention 8 parts Miracle Grow. Do you mean Miracle Grow soil? I would suggest a more complete soil like Fox Farm's Ocean Forest. It will be able to provide your plants w/ up to a month of nutes right in the soil.

Okay I painted it white, the lights are T12, with 100 watt florescent plant grow lights in them. The ballast said it produced 750 lumens. I'm going to switch to the Fox Farms, should I still add in the perlite and peat moss?
