Check out the feed chart for your fert to get the details, but as you begin to flower there is a transition phase (Grow/Bloom mix), followed by early/mid/late bloom phases (Increasing amounts of ferts, followed by a decreasing amounts.), then flushing.
Look it up and see how you feel about it. If it seems too complicated or overwhelming, just use the transition mix, then one bloom rate up until you are ready to flush. This will let you become more familiar and comfortable with your plants and growing in general, instead of worrying about the proper time to 'increase this, decrease that'.
The plants should go under the flowering lights when switched to 12/12.
