Flowering Fertlizer

Im growing outdoors and im wondering on what the best cheapest flowering fertilizer is, also if someone could tell how i should apply it would be greatly appreciated.

probably bone and blood meal.. however it does attract animals...

I read a cheap and easy flowering fert in Organics 101 thread that uses banana peels and u can add some molasses too if u want.

maxsea works well..and doesn't smell like awful death.....
i have seen it on ebay for ok prices...

If you want to buy something, I wud suggest Maxsea. Its hard to find locally tho. I would make tea out of bat guano and earthworm castings... its easy and gives your plants nutrients without any artificial chemicals.
