flowering problem

I have a problem I am entering my third week of 12/12 and my plant has not sexed it has like these two green skinny string looking things coming out of the stem on the side of those two green stringy things it has always had I dont get it it's healthy as can bee its really green and bushy why wont it sex?

The female I have took over 2 weeks, nearly 3 to show; than she went crazy. How old was the plant when you started sexing it? What are you using for lights?

just started feeding very diluted bloom nute yesterday through foliar feeding. cause the soil is still moist from the last watering and I dont want to over water.

God speed, how did your females look in the very begeining of flowering was there anything before the white hairs or were they there as soon as it showed something? cause mine has theese little green things, but they are not balls at all they are kind of stringy looking through the magnifying glass.

I dont know anything about CFL's but it sounds like there should be enough light for her to flower. Anyone else have some ideas? Do you have some pics?

yeah I have pics but I have to wait till tomorrow to get them I am letting a friend use my camera and it has my memmory stick still in it. if you could explain how a female plant looks in the very begeining I would appreciate it I am trying to determine if its a male or female before I see white hairs, it does not have any balls or pouches anywhere.

I read somewhere that generally your more compact and bushed out plants tend to be females, and twice that theory was correct. Ill find a good pic on here to show you.

I like how they describe the male as a "ball on a stick." its very true. as the male gets older the stick gets longer and its very obvious. The female tends to look like an early flower bud (rose bud kinda). It doesnt grow on a stick and stays close to the stem. Give it some time. I have also read that it usually takes a few weeks (sometimes 3) to get a female to flower; typically with males its a week and you know.

You need a bigger pot. 8 weeks and still in a 8in pot. I don't know if that would help in knowing the sex of the plant but should grow better overall in a bigger pot.
