flowering

i am new to growing and was wondering can u flower with flouresents.everyone sez use hps but i cant with my space plz help

use can use CFl's (compact flouresents lights) for flowering you would need cfls in the red spectrum 2700k so yes you can altho the yeild will be decreased and make sure your keep those lights close
