Fluro clones

Is it possible to clone using the everyday compact fluro globes in a simple storage container lined with reflective material and an extraction fan, i am hoping not to have to set up a bubble system but simply regularly water and mist. also can they survive under a 400w hps on 18/6?

Cheers, am assuming i am going to have to find them a new home though when i flip to 12-12( bout 2 weeks away) and obviously want them to reach full potential before being converted
