How often do I flush and when?

i read that its supposed to be started 2 weeks to the day that u expect to harvest.....if your workin with dirt. thats what i use to i d k bout da hydro way.
u triple the amount of dirt in the pot with clean (distilled water)..or let tap water sit out for 2+ days before using. ex: 5 gallon pot = 15 gallons of water.
that is just for the start of the flush. for the next watering days to follow in that 2 weeks....you ONLY use WATER when feeding. these 2 weeks of plain water should leave ur budz rid of that fert taste...

That one is much debated, here. Personally, I never flush before harvest, I don't find it to be necessary unless one is seriously over nuteing their plants. I do, however, sometimes flush around week six of veg, if it seems I'm having some buildup. Run two to three times the water as soil through the pot, is how you do it. I'll usually give their regular feeding with the last gallon of water, as well.

Can anyone help me as im color deficient,
This is my 1st indoor grow and i cant tell when to pull to get the weightiest yield.
Can anyone here please help shine a light on how long i should have to go? or is it to long?
