There is one of you travel on 85/87. If you go North it would be on your left but it looks ratchet as hell and probably not even open.

Loooolo.

Man, I too live in Fountain but every time I need meds I end up having to find a way to the springs, usually on the bus.

Fountain decided to not allow dispensaries when the scene first blew up. Some local guy tried to sue the city and put big signs in his front yard to protest, but they didn't care. So no dispensaries in Fountain.

Gah.... if cities only knew they were doing more harm than good banning dispensaries.

If your town doesn't accept dispensaries, I believe you shouldn't receive the taxes from the commodity. That's like buying a product and never receiving it because the store owner decides who gets what and who doesn't

I agree. I don't understand how it is voted legal both medically and recreationally yet some towns can still ban.

Because that is how the amendments were written.

They lose out on sales tax revenues.
There is nothing in the amendments that says counties that ban stores do not get money.

I have no problem what so ever.

For nearly 30 years I have dreamed about being able to legally grow and possess marijuana. Now I can. The rest is gravy.
I do not live in any of those dumb ass counties/towns. Even if I did I could still grow and possess marijuana. Then I would drive to the next county or town over to get my vape pen cartridges.
