Fresh Frozen Processors Hash Washers Rosin Yeild Question Am I getting screwed over?

So I've just recently had some processors wash my product for fresh frozen rosin and it took me forever to trust giving someone my product to do the process.

I have the GMO cut which I know is a great hash strain so decided knowing that it will be worth wile and the processor cant say "its just not a good hash strain" "It only did 1%" or something to that tune. Basicaly I wasnt going in blind and knew some people got 8% return on wet weight.

My first processor pulled 5.2% which I was happy with but it wasnt the best texture etc. I then tried a new processor and just got it back at 2.95% which is a huge difference just under 60%. At first I was just going to let it go and not deal with them but I had to reach out and tell them I feel like the numbers are not right.

Same exact phenos and this run was honestly better looking than the one that washed at 5.2%.
My question is; Is it basicly for sure this guy took a larger cut or is their some way he could have lost that much efficiency through his process or anything else?

If it’s just some guy… probably taking a little pinch.
It wasnt little though.

First processor I gave 6 units and got 99g back.

Second processor I gave 9 units and got 91 back.

And the second processors "cut" was 25% while the first was 30%. It wasnt just a little pinch.

Ya I wouldn’t be giving my stuff to ‘a guy’ who takes ‘a cut’ of the stuff. A real business place wouldn’t do this. Thats why they have to keep track of all the grams here and there. Really though if you are growing it and all you can invest a little in the processing. And then you could keep that 25% as profit and use that $ to pay for the new investment. Just need a screen and some time.

If square footage for plant space isnt a issue and money isnt a issue and finding a strain thats right for the job isnt a issue. For sure go for diy!

Im limited space so flower rosin and dry sift rosin work for me. The dry sift is like my hash rosin because it essentially is which people here and there will say.

I only have 34 square foot flower space and vape a gram a day cutting back but could vape 2 a day easily. It just wont work doing bubble and freeze drying, losing too much money.
