Friday Night Lights Out!!!!

Ok so after a long love affair its about the time to cut her down, ive been reading alot about leaving lights off for a couple days and think im going to try it out. im working with 2 northern lights one stands just over 4.5 feet and the other i LST. My trichomes are all cloudy and little are starting to turn amber. Im not looking for a 100% couch lock so i think its time. Please any one out there done the lights off thing is it worth it should i just cut her up any help

thanks man its been really really really hard to not take little buds off here and there, this is only my 2nd grow, my 1st was a mess and big waste of time so yea im getting ready i cant stop walking in on them like every 20 mins there addicting as hell to just look at and smell.
