Ok yesterday the lights were off from around 7am to around 12pm on my seedlings 9long story). So i figured fine, not too bad. Well when reseting my timer last night, I fucked up. The lights were off when I checked this afternoon meaning the seedlings are getting like 11 hours of light today!! What the fuck do I do, what will this do to my future harvest or chances of female?? All help appreciated, please and thank you!!

Is it ok, to give my two seedlings CFL light a majority of them time and sometimes Metal Halide light, I feel like the MH for seedlings running for 18 hours is not fully needed. What I'm asking is, will it stress the plant to keep dramatically changing the light level. When they get bigger, maybe like two nodes, theyll stay on full Metal Halide.
