G13 HAZE problem, my girls hurtin..

Can someone see what she sick from?
She's 6 wks and small.

What I got:
Advanced Nutrients Jungle Micro
5mL/gal
Waters ppm was 142 before nutes
With nutes - 515 ppms
PH-5.6
2 - T8 3.5k bulbs (low right?) @ 6in away.

Any help from RIU'ers is greatful!

What do the roots look like?

Looks very sick. Possibly overfert, or some pH issue. I run soil, so never see problems like this this early...so it's hard for me to be more helpful.

I had a similar problem in soil, accidentally added in bone meal to the seedling cup and that was a nono... Plus they dont really need nutes at that age.
