This is germinating from a seed, step by step, the way I have found most successful.
I know there is much debate on whether or not to throw a seed in soil or germinate it first, I prefer germination using toilet paper and RO water (7.0ph)

Supplies:
Water (Reverse Osmosis 7.0ph)
Toilet Paper (Charmin, makes my ass feel special)
Zip lock Bags (Keeps in moisture)
Seeds (Genetics is everything)
Step 1 - Tissue Folding & Wetting
2 Sheets

Fold in Half

Fold in Half

Fold to make a square and dip the crease

Lay the seed on the wet crease

Fold Twice

Step 2 - Bagging
*DONT FORGET TO LABEL YOUR BAGS*
Place the paper containing the seed in the bag.
(I usually blow in the bag to get it moist and give some C02, but I think it makes me feel better more than doing anything practical)

Step 3 - Dark Place

Place your bags in a dark, cool place (70-80 degrees) for 48 hours and then check the progress.
(*will update with pix in 48 hours*)
We're looking for is the seed to have cracked and a white root to be coming out. Once you see this, its time to pot, no pun intended.
RECOMMENDED SEED BANK: **SINGLE SEED CENTRE**
