germinating seeds for bubbleponic????

have a bubbleponic system my question is do i germinate the seeds in a wet bag then when they crack put them in the rock wool or do i just put the seeds in the rockwool and let them sprout and another thing do use any nutes will seedlins are in rockwool

Either way will work. I prefer cracking my seeds before putting them in the rockwool.

I use Supernatural Rockwool soak prior to planting my seeds. Soaking your cubes in it is supposed to properly adjust the ph of the rockwool and add the appropriate amount of nutrients...works for me!
