it could go a few more days, but it looks plenty ripe atm. It will also "ripen", in a fashion, in the fridge if you don't eat it all.
I fucking LOVE fresh pineapple, but be careful, acids in it dissolve proteins in meat, this makes fresh pineapple juice a great addition to almost any marinade, but has the adverse side effect of also dissolving your mouth when in its natural concentration in a fresh pineapple. Generally your tongue will start to bleed first, that's a good sign to wait a bit before you eat anymore.
