hey i was just wondering how i can get an email notification when somone replies to my topic or writes on a thread that i also wroe on

Don't think so. If you check your subscriptions that includes threads you've posted in, unless you remove them. https://www.rollitup.org/subscription.php

If you check your CP, you see all the threads ordered by unread status. https://www.rollitup.org/usercp.php
